Re: 20x10 wheels
4.75 or 5" would do it. on a 68 housing.
You'll want to measure your rear axle housing to be sure before ordering. 55.5 or 57" from backing plate to backing plate? Is it a 6 lug?

Re: 20x10 wheels
5" Backspace should work fine with the narrow housing on a fleeside.
Tell us more about your truck. Dropped? Stock height? Bagged? Fleetside? Stepside? All these things matter.

Re: 20x10 wheels
Well after getting screwed by my body guy and having to hide my 71. I decided I wanted to find another truck in better condition and hopefully start driving it. Well i have a good friend in Az and he told me to start looking out that way for a clean truck. Craigslist is amazing. I found my new A/C 68 longbed on a dealer lot for $1400 and sent him the money. This is what I got

Re: 20x10 wheels
So my plans have changed and this little beauty is getting a solid roller iron head BBC, with a custom built 700r4, a 5x5 dana60 from DTS, and a complete air suspension from Newage Customs in Phoenix.

Re: 20x10 wheels
Then I would buy your wheels after the air suspension install.

Re: 20x10 wheels
I would just measure everything like lolife99 mentioned, and then go from there as far as backspacing. That way you get the exact fit you want.
