Is that an optioned added in the glove box or dealer installed option. Any rust on the piece? My zip is 92683. Thanks

it was on the glove box but idk what year this 1 is but it dont look my original bracket
if its a true option there would be no cuts under the bed for spare bracket

this bracket isnt original. its a aftermarket one from like JC wintney or something. but none the less it still seems to do the job
