Gauge cover to dash pad fix..
I dont know if anyone else has come up with this or has trouble with this but it seems like all these trucks ive worked on the gauges the two corner screws for the instrument bezel that screw into the dash pad are always stripped. well i come up with the idea to superglue the screw holders onto the back of the dash pad since mine was to thick to put it over. Heres a couple pics for reference. Seemed like a simple and quick fix.

Re: Gauge cover to dash pad fix..
I just picked a set that the screws would screw in easily and they sinched right up with no issues. I got an assortment box of them at autozone for like 2$ and just picked the ones that worked best. It worked really great surprisingly.

Re: Gauge cover to dash pad fix..
Its just foam that your attaching to so i dont think anything will hold permanetly but the krazy glue did a great job of holding the two together long enough to screw the screws in which clamp it all together. Most people dont take their dash boards apart on a regular basis so they shouldnt have any issues with it holding once you get everything together. And if you take it apart and they come off its nothing that you can glue back on real quick. Best part to me i was only out a couple bucks. lol
