71 door panels screws HELP
Hey .. the last owner drills off the head of the screws on my door panels so how do you get them out for the new SS Screws Anybody ?

this is what i did - use a dremel w/cutting wheel and make small slots in the heads of the old one - then use a flathead screwdriver to take them out.

PROVIDING THE STANDARD SCREWDRIVER DEAL DOESN'T WORK... TRY DRILLING THEM OUT TO ABOUT .200 -- 210 DIA. & CHASE THE THREADS WITH A 1/4-20 TAP. IF THAT DOESN'T WORK... JUST KNOCK THE INSERTS OUT & REPLACE WITH A 1/4-20 NUTZERT. JOHN
