Re: black trucks

I know this is a S10, but if you look close on the fender and door you will see white and blue pearl ghost flames....

This was my DD for many years... I bought it as a wreck and repaired. (last pic)

The bottom flames were blue pearl, the tips of the flames were white pearl. They went from the doors, to the fenders and accross the hood. The flames were laid out by hand. There was 12 hrs in just taping time.

The magic of the pearl was, sometimes you couldn't see them, but othertimes, depending on lighting, the flames stood out like a sore thumb!

I known these are not for everyone, but in my low key world, I loved them!

BTW, they were done by a local body guy freind. He only does a couple custom paint schemes a year and I got lucky and worked out a trade... He did another one, based on this truck and the owner was charged $2K just for the custom portion.

Re: black trucks

here is the one I brought home recently. fiddling with it a little. found some matching blazer seats when I was driving it home. got them set up so they go way back. the leg room is my favorite thing about the truck. its not cherry but it has under 60k.

Re: black trucks

Will be nice to see the difference with the 35" tires, will really look like a 4x4 then for sure, should pull it all together.
