66 GMC 1500 2 wheel drive

i'm restoring my 66 GMC 1/2 ton 2 wheel drive & i cant find a set of u-bolts for it . it has a Dana 44 with leafs & all the catalogs i have show coils or u-bolts for a 4x4s. has any one ran across this before & if so what did you do. the ones on it were really bad. this was a farm truck & spent its whole life on a potato farm & was solid mud. i will post some pictures when i figure out how to. thanks for any help.

X2 here. Out here we have Bett's Spring. They made mine in 20 minutes while I waited. I know that they are not some "Pacific Rim" made stuff too. Came with all the hardware and torquing instructions and if memory serves, only 50-60 bucks. Look for your local medium - heavy truck supply and they should be able to set you up.

they are in Flint
just look in your local yellow pages. I know that it is difficult, but sometimes you just have to do it

I would imagine that there would be another spring shop within not to great an area of your city. I don't think that you would have to get them from california
