how much is my truck worth? anyone interested
well i know this board doesnt allow for sale posts with out prices so i figure i need to ask first as i really dont know what to ask for my truck...
basically ive lost interest in the truck, im a full time college student and there just isnt time/money to work on it. its a great project, it pretty much has all the parts to complete it, just needs some paint, cleaning, and final assembly anyone have any idea what i should ask for something like this? or if interested in the truck email me at dropt72shortbed@aol.com ill try my best to describe it below. drivetrain gm crate stock 250hp 350. 1 year old, but only 1000 miles on it before i tore the truck apart edelbrock qjet, hooker headers, edelbrock intake, HEI engine is in 6cyl location. th350 needs to be resealed, leaks a bit but shifts great. 3.73 12 bolt with posi engine is a bit dirty its been sitting for the last year with no front end on, needs to be cleaned and finished electrical wiring harness is shot, truck used to be 6cyl so its got a wiring harness for a 6cyl 3 spd non a/c, i was figuring on buying a new v8 auto A/C harness suspension front is lowered with hacked coils, back currently has no coils, just axle sitting on frame. has adjustable tracking arm and 4 doestch tech shocks i have EVERYTHING needed to bag it except the valves and compresor! body (bed, cab, tailgate and doors are all painted, but could stand to be repainted as there are minor scratches and blemishes in the paint,a ll body work is done on them though, and there is ZERO rust anywhere) 71 perfect A/C cab high hump w/ cargo light, dash not cut! all glass installed 72 perfect doors with 67-71 regulators, no cuts, tinted glass, tinted chrome vents, all rubber redone 72 perfect bedsides perfectly straight, nice wheel tubs, nice rear bed wall nice tailgate with tailgate band nice inner fenders 68 very nice straight grill 68 hood couple minor dings 68 core support 67-70 new chrome front bumper all thats needed is the bed floor wood and 68 fenders interior auto tilt column (truck, not van) new blue/blue&black houndstooth bench seat new blue dash pad new custom kick panesl with 6.5 180watt pioneer speakers in them very nice orig blue seatbelts EXCELLENT orig blue 67/68 steering wheel with no cracks very nice orig blue headliner very nice orig blue visors very nice orig am radio, perfect chrome and knobs very nice orig chrome/tinted vent windows very nice orig tinted glass for doors tach/air pressure guage cluster (needs cleaning and new bezel) new exterior chrome door handles all thats needed is door panel skins (i have metal panels) and new carpet. |

Your truck is definately worth 5 g's man, but you can probably get more for it tough, I have seen pics of your truck in previous post by you and I always thought that it was a very nice truck, if you weren't that far I would be talking the little lady into getting it, your truck is almost finished, good luck selling it. Paul.

Are you interested in any type of trade? I have a 71 Camaro with a big block and 5 speed I'm thinking about selling after it comes out of the paint shop. It will be yellow with black stripes.
