Looking for a vendor that carries stainless steel bolts
Specifically the bolts that are used to bolt the bed together. End panel, front cross sill, wheeltub to bedside, tailgate hinge/trunions etc; not looking for bed wood kit bolts. Please reply with a link if possible. Local auto supply stores are of no help. Thanks

Re: Looking for a vendor that carries stainless steel bolts
I get all my stainless hardware stuff at Lowe's. A bit more $ but I get them!

Re: Looking for a vendor that carries stainless steel bolts
Look for a local fastener shop. They sell stainless stuff by the pound....WAY less $$ than buying a kit.

Fastenal is pretty good. They also carry factory type fasteners if you change your mind.

Re: Looking for a vendor that carries stainless steel bolts
I stumbled across this site. Their shipping is REALLY fair and offer local pick up if you are in their neighborhood. I like the fact that they offer assortment kits too.

My Lowes does not re-stock, the compartments are bare or filled with the wrong stuff. It would be convenient if they kept up with the demand.
