If the tailgate is as clean as it looks, it could be worth half the asking price of the truck. I would show up with 41k in hand an $300 in pocket and go from there

I'd give $1500 for it just by the pictures alone. Looks good to me.

If it runs and drives then it looks good to me. Cant find much around where I live for $1500. Ive seen trucks much worse than that with blown motors listed for the same price.

You need to run over there asap and buy that truck. Tailgate alone is worth a $1000. Looks like it has had a camper on it all it life so the bed has to be in good shape. Well worth the money..

Looks better than the one I paid 1500.00 for. I say if you don't buy it, post where it is so somebody else can. If it was within 500 miles of me, I would buy it.

Even if you don't keep it it, it's a deal for the tailgate alone. Buy it if you are looking for such a truck.

Re: This is what I am looking at, Thoughts?

Hey guys, I greatly appricate it. I was really on the fence about it, but now I'm going for it. And yes it runs and drives just fine. Heck even if the motor was blown. Its a 4bolt main so it would be a good foundation.

I will give the guy a call. Thanks guys. :-)

Yep - can understand being on the fence - when you look at the pics, there are a few things that catch one's attention where you might suck air thru your teeth and think "Oooo, that's gotta be fixed.." But I'd only feel that way if the guy was asking $4K or $6K, etc - when I see the price tag - I agree, YES, YES, go buy this thing before it's gone. It's a good deal. You'll have a great driver or a great start on a cool project. Drive and enjoy.

Re: This is what I am looking at, Thoughts?

The only thing that would scare me is the rust above the windshield, butbi would still buy it for the tailgate. Don't think there is any way you can get hurt

I was thinking the same thing on the tailgate, it's worth half that truck price. I don't agree that you should show up with $41,300 in cash though, that's just too much to pay for that truck...

Check out some of the board members on parts. And read the review board too. I think LMC is a company that moves a lot of parts, and moves them quickly. Look for a smaller vendor that is more hands on.
