You can use the 63, just have to drill an extra hole is all.

Re: 63 grill support For trade

That's what I thought when I bought it. But the notches on the bottom where the frame is are not deep enough on the 63 support. I compared my old one to this one and the notches are deeper. The 63 one rubs the frame. I will post pics tonight to show this for others to be aware of.

Re: 63 grill support For trade

I wonder if you ended up with a 60-62 support.

I'm not sure. But it fits except for where frame notches are. Haven't tried mounting a grill in it yet.

That is strange, wonder if it was K10 or something. I will get back to you on shipping.

Re: 63 grill support For trade

I need to take a look at my 65 on a 62 frame.
I do know the frame horns on the 60-62s are smaller than those on the 63-66s.

Re: 63 grill support For trade

I have one of those shallow cutout grill surrounds and have been told that they were only made in 1962. They definitly don't fit a 64-66 frame. I don't know about the other years.

Re: 63 grill support For trade

I took a pic of my 65 on a 62 frame.
The 60-62 X-Frames are shallower than the 63-66.
