Wheel spacers
I am putting 285/75r16s on the back of my k30. I am needing a 1.5 inch spacer and for some reason I can't find any with the correct 9/16 stud. I'm just using the stock wheels with the 8x6.5 wheel pattern and what I have figured out the studs on the d70hd are 9/16. All the spacers I have found have a 14mm stud on them. Will the 14mm stud work or can you press them out and buy 9/16 studs and press them in?
Thanks, Matt Posted via Mobile Device

Re: Wheel spacers
I'd use adaptors, not spacers. I dunno about your area, but in my state spacers won't pass safety whereas adaptors will. Also, be sure to follow torque specs. Most of the bad reviews I see appear to be from people over-tightening the studs. I've been running mine for about a year now with no problems.
I got my adaptors (with 9/16 studs, and nuts) on ebay from this outfit. Your right, they mostly advertise the metric sizes, but give them call and say what you need. Super nice people to deal with IMO. I hope this isn't breaking any rules. I don't have any connection with these folks other than my purchase experience with them. http://stores.ebay.com/sscramblin

Re: Wheel spacers
I have used them for several sets. No problems yet. They are made a little beefier that some of the other names.
