Help I.d. These center caps

Evening gentlemen, I mostly keep to the 60-66 board but thought I'd get a better answer for this here.are these caps year specific or just 73-87? Also are they chrome or aluminum? I started polishing one with really good results but it had a few black specks, I didn't wanna get to aggressive with the rouge if it is chrome. Thanks for the help!

They are 77-87, 73-76 dont have the three bolt holes. You can scrub them with an sos pad or steel whool and they will look like this. Mine look like yours before I started.

I've got a set that needs cleaning up, I didn't know they'd come back shiny so easy. What are they worth when they're cleaned up? I'm not selling them, just curious.

The flanges are painted. I use paint stripper to reveal the chrome. The bowtie centers are aluminum appliques. You can pick those out of there and replace with fresh new ones
