Best place to buy heater hoses?
I have a '69 without AC. There are two hoses that run from the heater to the defrosters on the dash. Brothers has the two hoses for $25 plus tax and shipping. It looks like this, but I only need two hoses.
Can something like this be purchased cheaper and more conveniently somewhere else, like Home Depot, autozone, etc? Posted via Mobile Device |

I just got mine at Oreilly's. You'll need 5 feet total of the 2 1/2 inch heater duct hose. The one that goes to the driver's side defroster vent is the long one and took me almost 3 feet to route it duct.

Or maybe 4 feet. I bought 3 originally and was about 4 inches too short.

Re: Best place to buy heater hoses?
I just bought those and a heater control kit not 2 weeks ago. I looked at earlyclassic and GMCPauls. Don't remember which ended up being cheaper, but you CAN buy just those two hoses. They are cut and bent to fit already.

Well I got the employee discount thing goin' on but it wasn't too much. Definately cheaper and quicker than ordering from a vendor and paying for shipping then waiting for them to come in.

Re: Best place to buy heater hoses?
The flexible heater duct is a generic item available from any good parts store. So is heater hose. Just take a piece in with you to be sure you get the right size.
