Re: Project 78 High Sierra
Broke/cut off rusted on hangers that I couldnt reuse and put some new ones on
Did a little more welding on the glass pack but can get 1 little leak gone...ERG!!! I also installed my fuel sending unit which at first sent the gas gauge way past the full mark but then i noticed the ground was real loose on the top of the sending unit itself...So i tightened that up and it went to the normal full location...

Re: Project 78 High Sierra
The plan is to apply it by gun.... The inner doors and such were done with rattle cans and the back of the cab and front of bed by foam roller

Re: Project 78 High Sierra
Well i didnt think it would take me all day to do it but here it is...
First pick is a comparison of before and after 320 grit sandning The Cab bands have been sanded with 320 grit, then 1000 grit to brighten them up. Then I painted the black stripes red...Painted the red in the logo and made the GMC black....
