Removing Seatbelt Plugs
I have searched a lot around the board on this but I cannot find a definitive answer. My 68 had little flat plugs the the pillars that have been painted over. I am installing 3 point LMC belts and I need to remove these.
Are they threaded? or barbed? They are flat against the metal. What is the best approach? I don't want to scratch the surrounding paint. Thanks. |

Re: Removing Seatbelt Plugs
They are "barbed" or ribbed. Use your fingernail to pull one side up, grasp it with some needle nose pliers and pull it off.
