Re: narrowed axle question
You can make it a narrow as the centre section plus the flanges, but that is pretty narrow . You will have to order new axels to fit accordingly... What I did, I put the wheels im running in the wheel tubs, got them where I wanted them to sit then measured the distance. I ordered mine, so I had a few measurements that they needed..

Re: narrowed axle question
Get your wheels and tires FIRST! Then make the axle fit between them.

Re: narrowed axle question
If your plan is to have big wide tires in the rear, when widening the tubs you should also raise them, so you can get it low and around the tires.....

more information is needed. like who/what/when/why/how.. seriously though, how wide of tires you want, how wide of wheels, how much are you narrowing your frame, what is your ride height, so on and so on. basically what are you trying to do? |
