Smile Bench seat help?

Hi guys
Can some body explain to me how to remove my seat base in my 48
Please ,I don't want to get rough with it or bust it

push back and up on the seat frame in front of the tube that runs across the front bottom, the retainers are under tension and likely rusty. once it is free in front it should just pull out to the front.
if you like i can post a picture tomorrow of the bottom of a seat.
