700r4 Crossmember
Im getting ready to take my inline 6 banger out and add a 327 , with a 700r4 behind it.
Does anybody with a 64-66 have a 700r4 and can you tell me if this crossmember will work or does it need and drop to it? Transmission Crossmember WITH POLYURETHANE Pad; UNIVERSAL Fit; 26" to 36" Framerail Width; NO Drop

Re: 700r4 Crossmember
The factory trans crossmember has the trans mount, mounting surface at 3/8" above the inside of the lower flange of the frame.
