Re: Toro Flow Diesel - what do you think?

Sadly, I thought on it too long and someone bought it. I have no idea where it ended up. I have been kicking myself ever since then, as I am a GMC nut and a diesel nut. My workhorse is a Duramax, and I have a half-dozen 6.2 engines from '82 on in miscellaneous projects. That '66 Toro Flow would have been a great union of my passion for 60-66 GMCs and diesel engines, not to mention a beautiful piece of history to drive down the road. I'm sure I'd be out of the doghouse by now, which would make it all worth it. Thanks for bringing this thread back up; I love reading all the information everyone has added again. I'll keep looking, and maybe find one like it someday...

I don't think $1k is expensive for a running diesel with the bellhousing and 5 speed trans.
