Dump another $100 grand in there and then you can play, although I don't know what you could do to improve it.

Hard for me to imagine one much nicer than yours there let alone a handful of them. Sorry to hear that.

Re: 67 cheby's Dropmember build thread (CLOUD 9)
Mike, Did you use an after market shifter linkage set up with 700r4? I have been looking back through your thread for at least an hour..so I'm just going to ask! I was there any mods needed where the linkage hooks up to the trans fork? Thanks man.

Slosh--didn't you pick up on the subliminal message here? It's Starbird-speak for "loud-n-flashy wins the dough"!

The butternut/pale yellow truck looks familiar. Should sell the guy with the orange truck some 'tubz! (and an inner grill)

Re: 67 cheby's Dropmember build thread (CLOUD 9)
Some nice trucks there! You forgot to show us your layout....
Love the VeeWees too. The dude that bought my bus has a build thread on the Samba - full-on rotissere. It's fun to follow that along. Did the Ghia make the Fine Nine? It's pretty radical! Thanks for sharing!

Re: 67 cheby's Dropmember build thread (CLOUD 9)
Thanks for the great pics!
My wife woulda picked something like the Nova, also---but not the woodie. I got her a classic once and she dissed it. She said, I want something that goes from 0 to 140 in three seconds. So I got her a set of scales.
