Wow thats what I said when my son mentioned we should do a custom hood opening. I want to do a forward tilt hood if i can find some hinges that will work, Or I might have to make some.

Is there some way to take it apart? Like if you got a dent in the front fender? Would the entire front clip need to be removed?
The 70's corvette opened forward, maybe you could find or copy the vette hood hinges.

Thanks for the compliments. Did a little work on the Hood, Got the hood welded to the frame and intalled 7 series bmw hood hinge

Yea thats not too far. Im in Merced almost every other day for work. I do automation and gate work. If Im ever in the area Ill have to look ya up and check the truck out! (maybe you can show me a thing or two about fab work)
