S10 shocks for drop shocks??

does anyone know if chevy s10 shocks would work as drop shocks on our trucks? my dad has a parts 02 s10 and ive cut my front coil 1.25 coils to give roughly a 2 1/2 drop and im going with jeep rears/ gabriel adjustable airshocks. wanted to see if front or rear s10 shocks are shorter and would work, anyone attempted this?

Re: S10 shocks for drop shocks??

S10 front shocks are not eye type uppers like our trucks need. They are stud type uppers.

Do you think the rears s10 shocks would fit up front? They should be like the front

S10 rear shocks mount with two bolts at the top. They have a crossbar with two holes in it not an eye like you need.
