'69 K10 - brake pedal sticks?
I typically drive my truck on the weekends, it lives outside yearround. Today I went to drive it and when I stepped on the brakes, the pedal felt super stiff and then stayed on the floor until I pulled it up with my foot. In the past it's felt stiff after sitting but after the first few uses, that goes away.
My truck was originally manual brakes, I converted it to power using a factory 3/4 linkage and booster from a JY truck (booster since replaced) - I still have 4 wheel drums. Any idea what could be causing this? I tried lubricating all the linkage on the firewall without much change. Could the upper pedal pivot be corroded or sticking? My windshield does leak a bit when it rains.

That sound about right, at the top of your brake lever is a tube it's mounted to. It has a plastic sleave inside that it pivots on. If it gets rusty that might be where it's sticking. It's not that hard to drop the whole assembly from the support bracket and grease that up.

As it turns out, I'm just a goof and I missed a pivot point :doh:
On the 3/4 ton booster mount, the lowest pivot point (which was nearly seized up) is almost invisible from above. I removed the booster and was able to get to it - a can of PB blaster and some hydraulic oil later it's all working smoothly again Course, I dropped the column and pulled the dash apart first... go figure
