Buzzzing noise

I get this buzzing noise from a connection on the firewall. It looks like a small juntion with 2 connections and if you wiggle one of the connections it stops. I'll try to get a pic of the connection later.

Any Idea's what this could be?? Its on the firewall next to the master cyl.

It may be part of the emmission control installed on some of these trucks. If so, the wires should lead to your tranny as well as to a solenoid by the carb (if still present). Not sure why the buzz, if it's not working, disconnect it.

Did the truck have a speed indicator at one time if someone left
the buzzer under the dash the wire the hooks to cluster will just
be hanging there and can short out on anything matal and make the buzzer go off.This happen to me.

Good point. I had assumed because of the reference to the master cylinder that he was referring to engine side of the firewall.

hmm second battery solenoid perhaps, i dunno I bet you you it is, or was , for the TCS system, or transmission controlled spark system, unhook it and see if anything doesnt work, thats all I can suggest for now
