1990 Crew Daytime Running Light Help

Hey everyone, I just brought home my new to me 1990 V3500, from the US to Saskatchewan Canada. I have to have the daytime running lights working to pass the provincial safety inspection. The owners manual mentions DRLs, so I assume that the truck will have the factory provisions for them, they will just have to be enabled.

Do any of you know where the DRL module is, or what is involved in activating the system?

Any help would be great!
