A question about valve cover installation
This is probably a dumb question, but is there a reason to stagger the covers when they have breather and PCV valve openings? Many photos of engines I see have them that way - breather to the back of the engine, PCV valve to the front - especially on engines with Edelbrock carburetors.. thank you.

No reason at all It is a shorter run of hose to run the pcv on a edelbrock on the driver side. Don,t forget that there is never a dumb Question we are all learning

Also, that's the way GM did it.
