Fixing paint dings
I have been wanting to try this now for a long time. I finally did it and man was I happy with the results. I took some touch up paint and dabed it on a little thick but not real thick. Enough to cover the ding and the edges.
I let it dry and then take mineral sprits and rub it just so to get it back down smooth. I have more to do but so far they are coming out great. The deeper ones take a couple of coats. So I'm working on those right now. This is right over the front wheel.   Here it is after rubbing it.   Now all there is left to do is wax it!

I let them dry over night and the next day most of the time. The bigger ones I have tried to let them dry for a couple of days. I had my wife go out and look at the ones in the picture before and after. She couldn't find them. I was really happy how they turned out. I'm working on the front of the hood now to get ready for the Pour Tour in 2 weeks. Make the nose look a little better!
