Colorbound Rally Rim paint???

I'm thinking of painting my rallys with this brand, just wanted some info if this paint is good or not to use.

Never heard of special rally wheel paint, i have powedercoated before, thats the best bet....


But the 63 vette 5lug rallies i have on my 68 are just primered, and painted with skillcraft red. Looks good and the 3-4 coats with beauty rings and caps, i dont have to worry about paint chipping away...
