Rag Joint??????

Can anybody tell me what size rag joint I need. I added power steering to my truck and the old rag joint is junk. I have a power steering gear box out of a 1968. It appears to have a 13/16 shaft with 30 splines. The problem with that is that I don't think they make a rag joint that size. If someone can get me up to speed on this subject that would be great.

Re: Rag Joint??????

From what I remember the steering boxes have either a 3/4-30 spline or a 13/16-36 input, but i am not 100% sure. I know that my manual box had the 3/4 and my 75 ps box has the 13/16-36 spline. i just bought a new rag joint for the new box
