rare NOS GM accessory tie-down
I am not sure what the exact year these are for, but I believe they are fairly old and rare. I have personally never seen any like this before. They are NOS but do show light shelf ware. They have the GM logo with "mark of excellence" below. Would make a great addition to your rebuild.
70longhornCST and DeadheadNM have first shot. $86 shipped If anyone has info on this item, I'd love to learn more. Thanks. |

Re: rare NOS GM accessory tie-down
If we can determine these are for our trucks I would like to get in line. Very cool parts!

Re: rare NOS GM accessory tie-down
Yeah, not an item you see everyday. I hadn't even heard of this as until today.

Re: rare NOS GM accessory tie-down
So Pete, do you know what year these are for? I still need to check the fit for you. I'll follow up when I do.

Re: rare NOS GM accessory tie-down
I don't Brian but these were originally sold in packs of six. One for each stake pocket. Here's another pic of a set I got on ebay just this week that have yet to arrive. The seller claimed the part # was d/c'd in 1977 and not superseded by another. Do you happen to have any others or just the two?

Re: rare NOS GM accessory tie-down
Pete, you don't need mine. Lol. You have six already. I only have the two. Do you really still want to buy these two? My price is a bit steep just for the pair.

Re: rare NOS GM accessory tie-down
LOL! I grabbed that set on ebay after committing to yours. Since I committed, I will follow through and have no regrets but thanks for asking. Who knows, one may break.
