Re: Check out this CL Heavy Hauler..
The CL truck is a LCF Model.
Sheet Metal looks great. Pretty good deal, especially for a truck with a Dump Bed. Bill

Re: Check out this CL Heavy Hauler..
That truck would be perfect for my 5th wheel hauler after some upgrades and refinements.

Re: Check out this CL Heavy Hauler..
I really like the LCFs. That one looks great! Gonna need a little more than 20' of space for that. I imagine it's a 16' bed. It's a 1960,right?

Re: Check out this CL Heavy Hauler..
My buddy has a black 1960 C40 flatbed w/hoist. I'm working over at his place this week and keep looking at that thing. Those used the light truck sheetmetal. It's a farm truck and pretty decent, but does have header panel rust. Just a neat and unique truck, though.

Re: Check out this CL Heavy Hauler..
The early C-40 was a great idea, but they stopped making them in '62. They had a standard GVW of 14,000 which was nice as 10,000 on a C-30 sometimes was a little too low.
