Re: Its OCHRE TIME !

Nice Looking trucks. I was glad to see this thread because I'm trying to decide on a color for my 4x4 shortbox project. I thought I liked Ochre, but for whatever reason it seems like there are like two different shades of it or something. Even the two that are posted so far on this thread. They don't look like they are the same shade to me. I tend to like the brighter, with maybe just a tint of green. Others seem to be a little bit more of a banana peel color. I know, I know, half of you are going to think I'm crazy. Its just how my eye sees it perhaps. If anyone else can give their thoughts on this, I'd love to hear your thoughts too.

Re: Its OCHRE TIME !

When I first saw this color I didn't like it...at all. But it has grown on me. I like it now, especially
in two tone. It just has "classic" writtten all over it.

Re: Its OCHRE TIME !

My buddy has a 70 C20 camper special dually with a flat bed in Ochre. I don't have a pic of it, but its a pretty awesome truck, I will snap a pic next time I get over to his place, we need to do a little work on the brakes and the tail lights.... and it needs new rockers.
