Dig it! Love it when a truck has history and personality.

Did I mention this thing runs and rides fantastic!!!!!!
Exactly!!
If I were to do anything to it, I would take off the step bumper and replace it with an appropriately patina'd rear white standard bumper. Other than that, leave it just as it is. What a cool truck.

What has been done to the suspension?

Re: Not the cherriest, but it has personality for days!

Again thanks guys, one thing I have to do is put dual exhaust on this puppy.....it's too too quiet for me, plus I love the sound of a split manifold and some worn-out glass packs on a 6 cyl. The ride on this work of art is unbelievable to be so low with cut coils in the front and blocks & dropped coils in the back I never would have guessed the ride to be so sweet, the shocks must have been designed by NASA!

Thanks guys, I'm already having a ton of fun with this truck, talk about a conversation piece. It was the talk of the show.

Re: Not the cherriest, but it has personality for days!

On EBay!
http://item.mobileweb.ebay.com/viewi...d=321157366420

This truck was purchased new and used on our Alabama farm by our family. It has never been wrecked and is is excellent original condition. It has virtually no rust and the wooden boards in the bed are in perfect condition. The radio was removed and not replaced. It will take very little work to put this truck in showroom condition.

Thanks Nate, you just made my day! On another note I haven't forgotten about the "Pumpkin" (my 65') I replaced the dull bumpers with some shiney new ones from "Brothers", my new moldings from Mar-K just arrived and as soon as the weather cools off a little they will be going on and I also picked up a mostly complete lowering/disc brake conversion kit on Craig's list a couple of weeks ago so I still have big plans for the pumpkin after I'm done playing with "Rocky".
