It's too bad they did such a bad job on the conversion. The truck it's self looked to be pretty decent.

Truck looks like a quick paint job slopped over chinese **** tin. Black over spray everywhere under the hood. Bedliner tu-tone job to hid the bondo's rockers. Chinese grille. Back bumper is totally effed. That clutch pedal set up, the gauges don't work. Truck is a hack job. There are a lot of ruined 1990 chevy's sitting on 24's, but usually they are caprices...

Re: How about some pics of 73-91 crew cabs

Seen this one around town over the past few years. finally seen it parked when i had a camera phone ready for a shot.

I think it is a crew cab on a burb frame and a cut down box. I thought i had a picture of the other side but seems to be missing at the moment :/

Re: How about some pics of 73-91 crew cabs

Finally got a crewcab to add to my small fleet of squares. I picked this one up from a barn in Northern Maine a couple weeks ago. Came from Arizona 25 years ago and went in the barn, clean as a whistle top to bottom. The owner only ran it to the local county fairs and around town in the summer. One owner, all original....frame is still shiny black! Never had a hitch on it...babied its whole life. Working on it has been a treat...every nut and bolt just breaks free and spins off by hand! Currently replacing the interior which was sunbaked and faded.

Re: How about some pics of 73-91 crew cabs

Finally get to add to the thread! I picked this up last week. 1989 GMC with the 454, A/C, power locks and power windows. It was used as a chase vehicle for a hot air balloonist since new. Here are a couple of pictures.
