Thanks!
Thanks, don't worry, I'm sure you'll get your chance soon. This truck has been in and out of the shop more than I can think right now.

[QUOTE=Dieselwrencher;6168440]And more.
you might hate me when i design a front bag mount that requires you change your piping... speaking of, since you had the rear set up on the road first, i may just delay sending you the fronts till after i get mine going so i can bask in the glory.... hahaha btw, did you get that thing on a scale yet? |

Awesome truck man!
Are those MT Classic IIs? I really like the looks of those, but I didn't want to mess with polishing them all the time, so I got something in chrome. |

Re: Finally starting my Longhorn 4x4 conversion
I really like those "6 359" badges on the front fenders. That really sets it off nice!
Truck looks great. It must be a great feeling after so much hard work you put into it.

Re: Finally starting my Longhorn 4x4 conversion
Not only is this finished product pretty awesome, but I can't believe how quickly it came together. Just a few weeks ago it still looked like 2 years into a 3 year project. Now, whiz-bang, it's done...

Sitting in the parking area waiting for us to push it back in the shop. I don't consider it a big project since it's over 60% done. Haha

Re: Finally starting my Longhorn 4x4 conversion
Today we took the truck to the local Co-op and weighed it. I was shocked it is so lite....................
Front axle weighs 3680 Truck weighs 6140 I thought it would have been closer to 7000lbs with all the stuff that has been added.

Re: Finally starting my Longhorn 4x4 conversion
Exactly. 70% of the stuff is up front. I'll be changing some stuff later to help it, but it'll be fine for now.

Re: Finally starting my Longhorn 4x4 conversion
LMFAO! No need to hack the fire wall unless I was going to move the engine back 6". Yours will probably be heavier on the front than mine because your frame is boxed clear up.

Re: Finally starting my Longhorn 4x4 conversion
Is there more seat pics? Hows the fit? I've got a 90 chevy seat in mine. I like the height, and the back is pretty slim so it has a little more leg room than a stock seat. It just seems a little narrow. The dodge ones are a little more comfortable, and I think they're wider.
