Question BBC402 issue

Hey guys what's up...
I am new here and I have a BBC 1972, somebody can help me with this issue that I have? I rebuilt the motor and changed the Rochester carb to Holley cab 750 CFM doble pump. I was driving the truck for a test and after 4 miles the Holley carb damaged the transmission modulator and the transmission oil ran to the carb and then to the intake manifold. After that, my engine have blue smoke . what should I do to fix this problem or how to clean the intake manifold without remove it because I changed the gasket to fix the air leak before.

I hope to hear soon good news to drive the classic truck again

Thanks.
