need some transfer case help
Hey guys, I snapped the output shaft of my transfer case. I think its a dana and I'm not familiar with these at all. It is behind a 350 4 spd manual in a 70 blazer. Are these cases or parts for them available or should l start looking for a different case? Thanks for any input!! Willie

Where are you located? I have one I am not using, it's a 205, switched to a automatic with auto transfer case. Mark

I'm in southern Illinois. To put in a 205 would you have to change driveshaft?

I am guessing in a 70 with a 4-speed you would have a 205?

It would be nice if I did, but I don't think I do. The shift pattern is in kind of a U shape instead of straight from front to back, and it says dana on the case of the transfer, so I don't know...
