any kind of ride that would be considered a hot rod or a cruiser HAS to have the letters in.... letters out is kinda stuck back in the '70's ....imo of course!

Thats why they look cool on these trucks....on ralley wheels...If the wheels are really nice...they need to be in

lowered needs to be in but i tend to stick em in on most of my trucks and i never lower em til i throw a big load in em

Talking added a pic with them on rallys

Here's a pic with the white out on a set of rallys on my truck. When you curb 'em gives a good reason to go out and get a new set and light these up!
