Trying to find post my new owner of our old 71 GMC swb step, my profile pic

Trying to find post my new owner of our old 71 GMC swb step, my profile pic. We sold the truck about a year ago. About a month ago someone on here bought it from the guy we sold it to and posted photos of it here, but I accidentally deleted the PM from the new owner. I tried to look thru my old posts, but that only goes back four pages. I just want to try and keep up with our old truck. The new owner is in East Texas/ Houston area, IIRC.

The GMC stepside was my dad's truck. Unfortunately, my dad passed away last Friday from heart failure. He was 81 and still living at home. My momma passed away 7 1/2 years ago and he had been heart broken since. He went quickly and now his journey is through. He had a thing for charcoal grey trucks. He was a pipeline welder. A good friend of his shared a photo of him with one of his trucks back in the late 80's or early 90's. It was an 80 GMC with a built 454 and a 4 speed. (Dad is on the left.)

Sorry to hear about your dad. That is a great photo of him with his "Workin' Truck".
