Missing screw

Anyone know where to find a replacement screw that goes from inside to outter door skin that is located below vent window. Thinking it 2" long or so

Re: Missing screw

It's a screw and ferule. They are not real easy to find. The replacements at the 67-72 vendors offer a screw that will work but it's not like the original, at least not that I have seen. I've had some luck finding them at my local pick a part.

I need both sides, mine were missing from the day I got my truck. If I had a pic of one I'd probably be able to find something that would work. Lmc don't show in catalog

Re: Missing screw

If you don't find any by Monday, I will go by Automotive Fasteners and see if they have them...if they do I will let you know.

Re: Missing screw

I went by today and they think they can come up with the right style screw but need to see the ferral to know if they have that.

So if I take one out of my trucks door will there be any ill effects? Will stuff fall down inside the door that requires the door be taken apart to put back right or is it just a screw in a door?

It doesnt do anything othern than hold the inner and outer skin together. No side effects from removing it.
