My introduction
Recently bought a 69 C-10 fleet side and have been enjoying going through my first truck. It's in pretty good shape. I've been creating a list of things that will hopefully eventually get done to it but as of now it runs and drives very well. Figured I would introduce myself and the truck.
So far I've just done some sorely needed maintenance (normal stuff, plugs, differential fluid, oils, etc). In the winter I hope to put in some front power disc brakes, maybe power steering (it came with most of the parts), and swap out an inner fender that's seen better days. Probably spruce up the engine while I'm doing all that. |

Re: My introduction
It runs well and with the 3 speed it has enough torque for the town driving I do with it. I hope to ID it in the winter when I pull some of the front apart. If it's original it'll stay, if not, who knows.
Have mostly spent my time figuring out what I want to do vs what I actually need to do, and of course the third and probably most important list, what I can afford. |

Hello and Welcome to the board. Very nice truck. You are in a great place for advise, parts and even moral support if your wife and /or girlfriend ever gives you any guff about spending too much time with your truck
Have fun with it.
