WTB Seat Parts
Seat Pawl ?
OK, I’m not sure what it’s called but… I am looking for the three pieces shown in the picture AND the rod that connects them to the other set on the other side of the bucket seat track. Last edited by SONOSADSACK; 10-27-2013 at 08:40 PM. |

Re: WTB Seat Parts
atvpro, do you happen to have the seat bracket for the passenger side where it locks in?

Re: WTB Seat Parts
I need the same parts if you have some more plus I need the rod in between the tracks and the heavy spring.

The local salvage yard just pulled a seat out of a C-50. I will go over in the morning and see if it has the parts you need. I know it is in pretty bad shape but who knows. LockDoc

Re: WTB Seat Parts
Here is a picture of the parts that were on the seat over at the salvage yard. The longer flat piece (I’ll call it a lock plate because it locks the track in each position) you have is for the passengers side. The lower lock plate in my picture is for the drivers side, because it has the notch for the adjuster handle in it. The linkage tab was welded to the drivers side lock plate so I had to grind the welds off with my cut off wheel. The tab is still useable but I cut the spring when cutting the welds. I have included a picture with with the measurements of the spring. You should be able to pick one up at any good hardware store or home center. You may have to shorten it.
I will be gone most of the day Saturday. I have to help a friend of mine put the glass in his '65 Chevelle. LockDoc
