Those are big block Valve covers.....never saw a 350 big block before..LOL

looks like a 396 or 454.

If it were factory, it'd be a 402 (.030 396 from the factory) with "400" engine callouts on the fender. Agree with kwmech, looks like a transplanted big block to me, so all bets are off - it's a 396, 402, 427, or 454 big block - not a 350, or any other small block.
