how to remove fuel tank

Hey guys, I tried searching but I must be looking in the wrong places. Does anyone have a link to a thread on how to remove the fuel tank from a 67-72 truck? I have no idea how to get the filler neck pulled out of the cab side with the tank.

Thanks
