Exclamation Hazard Flashers help...cant get it out of column...

My hazard light orange switch is broken off. Someone said it should just screw out but i dont see a screw on my 71 chevy. Any advice out there..I have a new one that screws in so i hope screwing is the answer...sounds like my kinda solution...LOL!!! Thanks in advance..

I've replaced a couple turn signal switches on these trucks. The red hazard switch is part of it. I don't know of a way to just screw a new one in. The whole switch will have to be replaced. Do you have tilt?

No tilt... will my screw in one fit into a new one?? where do I get one??

Any parts house will be able to get one or you can use one of the vendors on the board. Some of the new aftermarket ones do have a screw in hazard button but if you wanted an original look it will have the red button.

Oh geez, there are so many that would have the part. If you go the home page and look on the left side of the page under LINKS you will see the link for site vendors.

I highly recommend going with AC Delco # D6216.
I have experienced nothing but problems with repops.
