If you think looking at the ice and snow make you shiver, you should try to get something done.
Oh well, I've had folks tell me that I would get tired of no change in seasons - but I would like to try it for a while to make sure. Jay

Here in Bay Area of Nor Cal we have a change in seasons just not usually that drastic. If I want snow I go to my cabin in the Sierra but I have a choice......Thank god....

Re : So. Cal Weather Report

If you pine for a change in season , just turn on the T.V. ,that's what it's for .

Me , I go to Death Valley where it's always nice and warm .

So many of us here came to never , EVER see snow or be cold again , I wonder who other than my Son is a true California Native these dayze .

That's a GREAT image.

The PO of my truck was a solid 3 on that BS meter:

Told me he was a master mechanic but didn't know why the new clutch rattled. I didn't know squat about these old trucks but figured out (REAL fast) that clutch rattle is a byproduct of no return spring. There were a lot of other 'well intentioned' stories about this truck.

cheers

Talking Re : LIE-O-METER

The high end Texas E-Bay seller who clipped me hard on my C/10 rated a 12 on that meter .

I could write a page or so about things he flat lied about but in the end , I got the *exact* truck I wanted so what if I'll have to totally rebuild it end to end ?.

A much as I love the Great State of TEXAS , I could do without the lying thieving braggarts it breeds .

I suppose what I've always heard about everything being bigger in Texas must be true.

Thumbs up Re : TEXAS

Until you've been there , you cannot possibly imagine how great a place Texas is .

I highly recommend vacationing there , I don't get to go as often as I'd like .

For me , the wide open spaces of West Texas are the best , many others retire there as the taxes are low and the weather mostly great .

Re: Curious about rarity

The only trucks that are actually "rare" for the 67-72's are the Panels and the shortbed 4x4's. They're still around, just not a lot of them. I think the factory 2wd blazers are hard to come by as well.

Looks like a nice truck.
