ls1 on a,70 what parts needed

Hi. Im puting an ls1 from a 2006 on a 70 with 292 2004r and want to keep the tranny.the only thing that I have is the motor and assesories, i know i need the computer wiring harness and fuel lines and pump, but where can i get the motor mounts tranny adapter, wiring harnnes, exhaust manifolds or headers,and any othet related items I might need? Any links also, thanks

We have a ls forum on this site. The mounts and headers I would look at Jeg's or Summit or check the LS part of this site to see what some of the others are doing. The trans will bolt up to your motor and you may or not [it depends ] have to have a flywheel adapter/spacer. To make certain the the flywheel to converter is in the right places. LS1 .com was way more than helpful when I put the 6.0 I put in my 68 LeMans convert long ago. But first I would go to the LS section on this web page. Jim
