Re: Rear Leaf ... What you using ?

Over the holidays I swapped out the old broken/stretched/sagging springs on my 72 K20, I opted to get new 3/4 ton rear springs from http://www.generalspringkc.com/Leaf_...972_s/1822.htm

And with "limited" driving I have been pleased thus far. They appear to be well made, bolted right up. I have not loaded anything more than a cooler so I cannot speak for them loaded but I cannot see a reason they should under perform. My .02

Re: Rear Leaf ... What you using ?

I may not go straight to smooth, it's still an older 3/4 ton pickup, but it's acceptable to most older pickups I have ridden in. It's not an extremely stiff ride.

Got my 1/2 tons from the same place. Tightened and heightened the rear end where it needed to be after an axle flip. Highly recommended price and USA quality.
