Smc resin is what you want to use.

Re: low area on doublewall top.
I used Duraglass short strand fiberglass filler, some say to use SMC, I believe thats what they are originally made of. If the low area is on your top you may want to do a search, I haven't came across a good fix for that personally, others may have. Common problem on the double walls.

Re: low area on doublewall top.
This isn't a fix technique that many can use. But I had a sag in my otherwise nice double wall top that went away when I mounted my Hickey roof rack. The fiberglass stanchions are contoured to match the top contour, and when I riveted the stanchion to the top it sucked the sag up to meet the stanchion. No more sag!

Re: low area on doublewall top.
SMC is the only way to go from my research. Some guys with knowledge of fiberglass say it will not bond well with SMC and will separate with time. There's a thread on here where a guy repaired his single wall but I can't remember where. Maybe do a search for SMC.
