It seemed like a pretty straight truck. I found evidence that it had been hit in the right front before and I had to replace the frame. The inner cowl is bent on the right side, so I'll have to change it out.. But the bed didn't have so much as a dent in the floor..

My dad had a love for the medium blue and white trucks. It's the only combo he'd buy. I like it, and I'm going back with it because it's an "in memory" restoration and the original factory color.

But, if I had bought it myself and was redoing it to my preference, I'd paint it fire engine red and white with a red/black interior with woodgrain accents. With the stock profile, still...

I have a new set of '71 door panels that I may use on this truck.. Depends on how good the original ones can be made to look..
